HOW ITS DONE
It all starts with a drawing! The image can be in the form of a blueprints, pdf, jpeg, ai, or even a rough sketch. Once we receive a purchase order, and from the image supplied, our Estimating Team will create an Approval Drawing for detailed review. Once sign-off is obtained on the Approval Drawing, we’ll begin programming, and then cutting the pieces to the project. After cutting, the pieces are checked for accuracy and assembled into units. Assembled units are then checked for accuracy in the context of the whole design. Once we’re happy with the project, we’ll number and pack the units for safe shipping. If any custom crating is needed, we’ll construct the best way to keep the project pieces safe during transit. Detailed installation instructions are included in shipping, so the puzzle can be easily put together on the job site!
